REFERENCE: 1029-ADVT-SNEF-TZ-GEN-Administrative Assistant
Ekium Tanzania Ltd (CONTRACTOR) as the main EITS Contractor (Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecommunications System) for the EACOP project, invites application for:
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in office and staff administrations including stationeries, vehicles, staff travels and accommodations
- Ensuring proper office records keeping
- Managing office staff subsistence
- Assist in recruitment functions, including pre-employment documentations, inductions, transport arrangements
- Attending government office compliance requirements eg. Licences and certifications
- Any other reasonable administrative duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications & Experience
- Tanzanian Citizen holding an associate’s or bachelor’s degree
- At least 8 years Working Experience
- Good organisational skills
- Confidentiality and high level of interpersonal skills
- Computer skills-Microsoft Office
- Work experience in international projects with multicultural teams is a plus
- Ability to handle and manage multiple tasks
- Fluent in English and Swahili
- Ability to multitask, work independently, manage significant workload and competing demands while meeting deadlines
