Our client dealing in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) has a position available at its office in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Note: This role is open to all suitable applicants but locals are preferred.

Reports to: Head of Business (Outside Tanzania)
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Job Summary
Develop sales strategies for sustainable business growth & execute annual sales plan for the region.
Achieve planned sales & profit by expanding sales channels for existing & new product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieving sales targets by expanding market coverage geographically and in various sectors of business.
- Managingbusiness relationships & supporting local distributor to establish strong sales network.
- Identifyingand developing new B2B & B2C sales channels.
- Coordinatingsales effort with engineering, service, marketing, and other functional teams.
- Monitoringand controlling the stock availability.
- Keeping the customers updated on new product launches.
- Effectively handling and resolving customer problems and complaints.
- Preparing monthly reports, market research, competition analysis, etc.
- Any other tasks that may be requested by your line manager from time to time.
Position Requirements:
Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 5 – 7 years’ Experience in the HVAC industry
Skills & Competencies:
- Business development.
- Account management & negotiation skills.
- A self-starter
- Team Player.
- Strong communication skills.
- Technically sound knowledge in the same field.
- Good client base relationship in the market.
