Job description
We are a Web & IT business based in London England.
This is a full time or part time remote commission only position targeting UK businesses during UK prime business time zone hours (Monday – Saturday 08:00 – 18:00 GMT).
Fluent and excellent English speaking is a necessity.
We are looking for candidates who can create and source IT (web design/development and or IT Support) qualified leads/opportunities for us of which we have a very high rate of conversion.
The primary role will be to pass the live opportunities that you generate over to our in house business development team who will then quickly close the deal so you can get paid. You will be part of a successful joined up sales team.
We will initially pay a generous 10% commission rate on all leads that we convert and will also introduce additional bonuses and incentives once we see the lead flow.

This is an uncapped high commission earning position with no base salary.
A typical website design/development deal usually has a value of £10,000 minimum so your commission on each lead you generate for example could be £1,000.
Additionally other incentives and bonuses would greatly increase your earnings.
We typically work on deals much larger on a regular basis so lead deal earnings would be much higher – average deal size is £25,000 with some reaching £100,000 range.
Full Time Equivalent (FTE) On Target Earnings (OTE) in first year realistically expected at minimum £50,000.
FTE OTE second year £100,000.
We will provide training, CRM, onboarding and the latest in technology VoIP phone system delivered easily over a simple web browser (RTC – UC – Real Time Communications – Unified Communications). Desktop application / program also available if preferred.
