We are looking for a 3rd Line Career IT Support Engineer, with 10 to 19 years experience, who is up to the challenge of working under pressure in a demanding but rewarding environment. The ideal candidate needs to be responsible team player who is also capable of working on their own initiative and can make a fresh and positive contribution to the Service Desk Team supporting our clients remotely.
Experience Needed
- Commercial experience within a similar role
- Windows 7,8 & 10 Administration and Support
- Active directory Administration
- Networking knowledge
- Office 365
- Azure
- Ticketing systems such as Freshdesk
- Anti-virus software
- Best business practice
- Good Customer service
Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00
Salary: Starting from R25,800 depending on experience
