Finally now the US TikTok network is managed. Oracle Company has reportedly won a bid to oversee TikTok operations in the United States. Oracle was part of the bidding process to buy TikTok on the US side, but The Wall Street Journal website reports that the company has been selected as a “technology partner or trustee of TikTok” instead.

Oracle Managing TikTok Network USA Being an administrator is different from buying directly the TikTok network on the US side, and instead it seems TikTok has recommended Oracle company to help run TikTok operations in the US using Oracle company technologies.
The news of Oracle’s plan comes just one hour after Microsoft announced that it was no longer in the business of buying the TikTok network in the United States after its bid was rejected by TikTok network owner ByteDance.
Microsoft was tracking plans to purchase TikTok operations in the United States, Australia, Canada, as well as New Zealand.
Recently open talks have made the full purchase of TikTok for the United States change from a full purchase tender, to a tender to become a technology partner.
