The club leadership has reached an agreement to hire Imani Kajula as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Kajula takes over the position vacated by Barbara Gonzalez who resigned from the position on December 10, 2022.
Kajula is experienced in football management issues as he was on the Organizing Committee for the African Championship for youth under the age of 17 that was held in the country in 2019.
Before joining us, Kajula was the Chief Executive of the EAG Group Marketing and Communications Company from 2013 until now.
Kajula is an expert in Marketing and Communications and has worked with various companies and banks in the country and abroad.
Among the works he has done so far.
– Head of Marketing and Communications Division NMB (2006-2013)
– Marketing and Business Development Director of Postal Bank (2003-2006)
– CRDB Marketing Manager (1999-2003) While at EAG Group,
Kajula was part of the preparations for Lion Week until its climax (Simba Day) where the company created the club’s social networks.
