Simba sports squad today at 10 pm will descend on the Moshi Cooperative Stadium in Kilimanjaro region to face the Tanzania Police in the NBC Premier League match.
The league is on the brink and each team is determined to win but we as the defending champions are set to collect three points in the game. Our mission is to make sure we collect points in every second round league game to defend our title.
PABLO SAID THEY HAVE DIFFICULT SCHEDULE
Head Coach Pablo Franco has said despite the difficulty of our schedule which makes us not have enough time to prepare from one match to another but we will fight to get three points. Pablo said the game will be tough as we have not had a good time to practice and we are also going to play in a stadium where the playing field is not friendly.
“The game will be more difficult for us, we have not had time to practice. We traveled yesterday by bus to come here from Tanga yesterday the players have practiced and today the match, so we have not rested. But we will fight, ”said Pablo.
KAPOMBE SAID ABOUT ORLANDO PIRATES
Right-back Shomari Kapombe has said victory in today’s game will add momentum to our Africa Cup of Nations quarter-final match against the Orlando Pirates.
Kapombe said we will try to get three points so that next weekend when we meet Orlando we will be in good shape.
“We really need victory in today’s game. “Winning will increase the motivation for us players, the technical bench and the fans towards our Confederations Cup game against Orlando,” said Kapombe.
SQUAD CONDITION
The good thing is that all the players who traveled are in good condition morale is high and no one was injured in our previous game or in practice they are all ready for the match.
