INVITATION TO TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF MOSQUITO NETS TENDER NO. GNTZ/MAO/T/003/2022

Good Neighbors Tanzania-Mwanza Area Offices invites your submission of a tender to provide services in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached documents. Good Neighbors intends to issue a contract for supply of mosquito nets for 1 time and possibility of being engaging a successfully bidder in future similar work. The invitation to tender will be advertised publically for 21 days as per procurement policy.

Your tender response must be received in the following format and conditions:

Full completion of the “Tender Response” document in order that it is regarded as compliant. Those tenders returned not completed may be treated as void.

2.Tender bids to be submitted in a sealed envelope with 2 hard copies (on headed paper) marked ORIGINAL and COPY as appropriate

The envelope should indicate the Tender No [GNTZ/MAO/T/003/2022] but have no other details relating to the bid.

Your return tender must be received at the address below not later than 10:00 on Wednesday (Physical address for our office) at Olympic building 3rd floor, located along at Ghana along Airport Road next to Rock city mall on plot No 493 block “KV” Kirumba valley, Ilemela in Mwanza 14th December 2022 (“the Closing Date”). Failure to meet the Closing Date may result in the tender being void.

We will require full completion of the documentation in order that your tender may be regarded as compliant. Those tenders returned not completed may be treated as void. Documents to return are:

SECTION 1: Validity and Relevancy of Business License
SECTION 2: Certificate of Incorporation and Company Memorandum of Association
SECTION 3: Possession of TIN and VAT certificates
SECTION 4: Recent Tax Compliance Certificate
SECTION 5: Bidder’s capacity & three currently related past Experience

• SECTION 6: Pricing Proposal [Price shall be quoted in Tsh and inclusive of VAT]

SECTION 8: Financial capacity of a company by submitting the currently Bank Statement and Financial Report.
SECTION 9: Bank account information related with the company name.
SECTION 10: Specimen Sample of EFD receipt specified VAT status
SECTION 11: One sample of Mosquito net.
