What do Jehovah’s Witnesses believe?

Jehovah’s Witnesses believe in God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. They also believe that we can know there is a God because of what he has done for us in history—and that his name was Jesus Christ.

The Bible is their most important book; it contains all these things about God and his Son (Jesus). The Bible tells us how to be happy in this life, but it also tells us about death and judgment so we can prepare for those things now by obeying God’s laws here on earth today through prayer, service and sharing our faith with others around us who need help understanding what JW beliefs mean for them too!

God

There are three persons in God: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. They are all equal and distinct from each other.

God is a Trinity because He has three different names: Jehovah (the name used for Him by Moses), Elohim (the name used for Him by Abraham) and Adonai (which means Lord). These names show that there are three distinct individuals within one Being – not just one person but an entire group of people who share certain characteristics with each other but they also differ in some ways too!

When you say “God”, what do you think about? Do you imagine someone sitting on a cloud somewhere looking down at us all? Do you see Him as being male or female? If so then this may lead us into discussing whether or not we can know anything about our creator through human sources alone.”

Jesus Christ/Jehovah’s son

Jesus Christ is the only mediator between God and man. He is also known as Jehovah’s son, because he is considered to be the “only begotten Son” of God who was born of a virgin.

He died for our sins on the cross (1 John 2:2) and has been resurrected from the dead in order to save us from sin and death (1 Corinthians 15:3–4). The Bible says that when Jesus returns again, he will judge every person on Earth based upon their actions during their lifetime here on earth (Revelation 20:11–15).

The Holy Spirit/God’s active force

The Holy Spirit is a force that God uses to help us. It is not a person and it does not have a personality. It does not have a will of its own, but rather acts as an agent for God’s will. The Holy Spirit can also be referred to as “God” or “the Father” because of its ability to communicate with us through His Son Jesus Christ (John 14:16-17).

The Bible says that there are two parts to this active force: one part comes from God, while another part comes from man (John 3:6; 10:27). The two work together in perfect harmony; one cannot exist without the other!

The Bible

The Bible is the Word of God. It’s the most important thing in your life and it can help you get to know Jesus better. The Bible is inspired by God, so it’s always true and right.

The Bible tells us what we need to do when we’re stuck, how our lives should work out and what’s going on around us at any given time in history (or even before!). It also gives information about Heaven and Hell, which are real places where people will spend eternity after they die on Earth—if they haven’t accepted Jesus as their Savior yet!

Heaven and Hell

The Bible tells us that there will be a new heaven and a new earth, where we will live forever in perfect peace, joy and happiness.

But when Jesus returns to Earth (Revelation 20:11), he will also judge those who have lived on this planet prior to its destruction. Those who die without accepting Jesus as their Savior will be cast into hell with Satan (Luke 12:5).

Death, Judgment and Resurrection

JW’s believe in the resurrection of the dead and that death is a sleep. They also believe that there is a judgment after death.

JW’s teach about heaven and hell, which are places where people spend eternity for their sins or for loving Jesus more than others (Matthew 5:10).

Last Days, Armageddon and the Kingdom of God

The next subject is the last days, Armageddon and the Kingdom of God.

In this article we will take a look at what JWs believe about these subjects.

what do jw believe

JW’s believe in God, the Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. They also believe that the Bible is God’s word and is accurate. They believe there is only one heaven or hell (depending on how you look at it), but they don’t know what happens after death. They think that when we die our soul goes to heaven or hell depending on our deeds during life time like good works, bad works etc..

The Second Coming of Christ is when Jesus comes back to earth again as a human being just like He did when He was here before us today!

Conclusion

so what do Jehovah’s Witnesses believe? They believe in the Bible, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. They also believe that God exists, is all powerful and has spoken to humans through prophets like Moses. The Watchtower Society believes that Satan is behind many of today’s problems like wars, crime and many other problems which keep people from living happy lives on earth as they should be happy living with their families in heaven after death where it will be perfect forever more!
