Internal Recruiter (Career)
Job description
We are looking for a confident Internal Recruiter, with 10 to 19 years experience, to join our friendly team. You will be someone who loves dealing with people, is well-organised and has experience working with Microsoft Office.
Key Accountabilities
- Pre-screening and managing applications for current vacancies, reviewing CVs, arranging interviews, sending applications to relevant Hiring Manager
- Source high quality candidates to meet customer requirements by implementing extensive search, source and selection techniques including LinkedIn, CV databases, professional networks, social media etc.
- Assist with coordination and participate in recruiting events and initiatives, including job fairs and career days
- Actively use social media platforms to promote employer branding and to drive traffic to open roles by establishing and growing relevant professional networks and talent pools.
- Work with Hiring Manager(s) to ensure that they fully understand the importance of an effective and compliant process, and to provide training where necessary so that they are both confident and competent.
- Manage all agency contact against pre-determined rates and contractual terms
Skills Required
- Experience in a similar role essential
- Knowledge of proactive sourcing techniques and building talent pools
- Articulate & a good communicator
- Proficient IT user, ATS knowledge beneficial
- Trustworthy & reliable
- Flexible & able to prioritise an ever changing to do list
- Willingness to learn
- Self-motivated & able to work in a team environment
- Organised, confident and have a polite telephone manner
